ATTACHMENT THEORY APPROACH
An approach that focuses on your relationship with your main caregivers in your childhood to better understand the roots of your current psychological issues.
MINDFULNESS
A modality where you maintain a moment-by-moment awareness of your thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations and surrounding environment.
INTERPERSONAL THERAPY(IPT)
A form of psychotherapy that focuses on you and your relationships with other people. It's based on the idea that personal relationships are at the center of psychological problems.
HOLISTIC APPROACH
A treatment approach that addresses your physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being.
PSYCHODYNAMIC THERAPY
A form of in depth psychology, where the primary focus is to reveal your unconscious thoughts in an effort to alleviate psychic tension.
COGNITIVE-BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY (CBT)
A form of therapy that focuses on examining the relationships between your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.
SAND TRAY THERAPY
Sand tray therapy is a form of expressive therapy that allows a person to construct a scene from their own life, giving them the opportunity to resolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and gain acceptance of self.
