MINDFULNESS

A modality where you maintain a moment-by-moment awareness of your thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations and surrounding environment.

INTERPERSONAL THERAPY(IPT)

HOLISTIC APPROACH

A treatment approach that addresses your physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional well-being.

PSYCHODYNAMIC THERAPY

A form of in depth psychology, where the primary focus is to reveal your unconscious thoughts in an effort to alleviate psychic tension.

COGNITIVE-BEHAVIOURAL THERAPY (CBT)

A form of therapy that focuses on examining the relationships between your thoughts, feelings and behaviours.

SAND TRAY THERAPY

Sand tray therapy is a form of expressive therapy that allows a person to construct a scene from their own life, giving them the opportunity to resolve conflicts, remove obstacles, and gain acceptance of self.
